LOCATION
Springbrook Mountain is an easy 1 hour drive from all Gold Coast beaches and resorts, and a little longer from Brisbane. From the north, exit the motor way (M1) at Nerang (Exit 69) and follow the Nerang - Murwillumbah Rd. From the south, exit the M1 at Mudgeeraba (Exit 79) and follow the Springbrook Rd.
Springbrook is a very small village with limited consumer facilities. One general store, no hotel or bottle shop (so BYO) and no petrol outlet - best fill up at Nerang or Mudgeeraba.
 
ACTIVITIES
Springbrook is an eco tourism wonderland and most people come to explore the world heritage national park, breathtaking lookouts, glow worm caves and excellent walking trails. The flora and fauna of the area is incredibly diverse and is the magnet that attracts visitors from all around the world to Springbrook looking for that unique encounter!

The Walking trails are graded and vary in length to suit almost everyone. We can provide localised maps of the area and lots of local information! Take a leisurely rural drive to a quaint craft shop, restaurant or tea house, enjoy a lazy lunch at any of the beautiful picnic areas, or simply put your feet up, enjoy the mountain air, relax and wait for the rain forest birds to visit!

At night, why not gaze into the heavens at the Springbrook Observatory - a world class facility popular with locals and visitors alike.
